Atrui is a new night-shift manager in an old building in the prime area of Taipei City. The environment is filled with danger and hypocrisy. Witnessing a prolific informer reporting illegally parked cars sparks inspiration in Atrui, providing him with a sense of pleasure and accomplishment. Throughout this process, he uncovers the hidden secrets of collusion between building management and officials. Should he expose these secrets? Atrui finds himself in a dilemma.
